Brief Description: Fuel Tank Service Bulletin Compliance
Removed the access cover and cork gasket and prosealed back into place with new screws. God how I hate that stuff!! At least meths cleans it up nicely enough. The tank is now standing on end with the access over at the bottom. It's clamped to one of the wing jig uprights so it can't fall over. At least this way any proseal on the inside that 'sags' before it sets will simply sag around the joint, rather than down the side of the tank. I'll leave it like this for several days before I leak test it again. All fingers crossed. Once the proseal has set I'll update this log entry with a photo. If I remember. Meanwhile, back to those wing spars...
