1) Now that I have learned the hard way how to bend the leading edge, here is the set up prior to bagging it up. My problem was that I didnt realize that the top edges shown here had to be the same distance from theforming pipe. such is education...always expensive.
2)Just prior to bagging. not the tape tp holt the two halves together. I did noit want to use spring between the forming pipe and the bench top and maybe put artifacts on the LE.
3) I am always looking for odd pictures of things. Here is one...bore sighting down the folded prior to bending LE, using ambient light, and looking at my wood supply on the far wall of the shop. Sort of interesting!
