1) I had to really watch myself while getting the ond grey matter around which aileron rib whent where, as there are -2 and -3 items that are moirror images. I set this up just to makd dead sure I had things correctly selected. One can see the drive ribe in the foregound and the ballance weight assembly in the aftground( thats a word?)
2) The ballance weight assembly must be parrellel with the front edge flush so as to be able to join later with the front surface of the aileron. I went to carefully sized wooden blocks and stiff wod 'plates' to hold it all in allignment just to be able to drill reference cleco holes
3) a closer look.
All this appears to have worked out quite well, as both ballance weight assemblies came out 98% identical. I dont feel that is too bad for scratch building for the first time.
