1) As mentioned earlier, the old fashioned way...putting a heavy board (or some such thing) and layiung flat upon it with yoiru weight compoletes the tight angle to a wpint that can be used. I did this prior to doing th other bends

2) the first bend..lower surface vertical bend. I later found out the gauge used didnt get me exactly where I wanted to be. the bend line for this bend was too long by 1/8 inch to actually fit tightly with the rib. I have yet to decide if I want to waist the aluminum and rebend or shim where needed. I am inclined to shim.
We will see.

3) the top surface vertical bend is over 90 deg.

Note that the edge depth of both vertical surfaces are not trimed yet and are shown quite a bit longer than required.
