Brief Description:  control clone #1

1) this is the first clone of my trim system cockpoit clone. It is functionally the same as Sonex' system, but is from scratch. A piece of all thread, turned down to accept a knob, a moving nut plate with locations for the bowden cable to the tail trim tab, and a second cable to the glare shield indicator. The indicator has not yet been fabricated but is invisioned to be a simple moving pointer over a divided scale to indicate nose up or nose down increments.

2) the forward end of the control showing the two access holes for the bowden cables and the fixment for the shaft

3) the knob end and mounting screws.

as can be seen, this one is very robust and much heavier that really needed, plus it is too big to fit my pannel. so I had to make one smaller, and incidently lighter, while keeping ite robust-ness. Please continue to next set of pictures
