Thanks to input from Kevin D, a fellow Bearhawker on the Bearhawk web site, I tried an additional 3 VG's just aft of the exhaust tunnel and gained another 10 deg of CHT cooling, for a total of 20 deg for only a few ounces of aluminum. I epoxy painted the VG's and installed them in their final location using Pliobond, as per the Hall Brothers installation instructions.
