Winter has arrived with unusually cold temperatures. I have been flying with the half doors and barely surviving temps in the low teens. I added protective gloves designed for cold weather bicycle use. Helpful, but not the real solution. I turned my attention to completing the full doors. I had nearly finished them before the factory check out and then the weather warmed. I filled and sanded the rivet holes, then painted with two coats of polyurethane. Installed the Left door and will move on to the fixed Right side door next.
