I temporarily installed the radiator so I could adjust the duct interface (I messed up the seal for the heater door twice, despite waxing the firewall the seal didn't come loose). Some sanding and taking off the lower cowl several times. Ready for glueing the cooling duct in place with epoxy.
Update 20-05-2011: Glued the cowling duct and continued sanding canopy. Added 3 hours to total.
