Primed the stall warning parts just to test a rattle can primer from Rust-Oleum. This is a self etching primer. Easy to apply but quite soft. At page 16-02 there are 16 432P washers drawn but the text calls for 14 432P washers. Finally I used 7 x 432P and 5x416P per side (picture 2). I had to file the pivot of the vane a bit so it was free moving.
