Fabricated 4 shims from .032 Alclad with the bandsaw 09-03 step4/5 Drilled the #12 fastener holes 09-03 step7/8/9/10 Drilled #12 holes in counterbalance arm 09-04 step 3 Made the nutplate holes in the HS-1202 & HS-1203 for the WD-1207 & WD-1208 09-05 step 2 Fabricated the HS-1214 Rib Clips
Received the answer about the gap between WD-1207 & WD-1208; "Joeri, that has come up before. what you will need to do is make some shims that will fit into those spots. You should put a shim on both sides to keep the horn in the center position.
Van's" For that I fabricated the 4 shims from .032 alclad, match drilled #30 them with the control horns, clecoed all together and final drilled #12. Very nice fit with the shims.
