40-02 step1/3 Removed the material for the landing light. Used a Dremel disc and thereafter a vile/sandpaper and schotchbrite. 40-03 step 2 Drilled the holes for the lens with the battery powered drill and a #27 plexiglass drill. Used high speed and no pressure. The drill melts through the plexiglass. 40-03 step 7 Machine countersunk the lens with a micro-stop countersink cage. Used 80 and 220 gritt sandpaper for the edges. 40-05 step1/7 Routed the wires through the wing and connected the rings to the wing root terminal.
Still have to dimple the #27 holes for the #6 screws (no #6 dimple yet).
