40-02 step 5/6 Made the wing tip access opening in both wings. Started with a Dremel Speedclic disc and thereafter used the Dremel sanding band. Sandpaper and a 1" scotchbride wheel did the rest. 40-03 step 8 Attached the nutplates to the lens backing strips. 40-04 All steps. Prepared the landing light ribs. 40-07 step 1 Trimmed the nav light extensions. Again used the Dremel cutting disk to cut close to the scribe line. Used sandpaper for the final touch. 40-07 step 2 Drilled all holes in the wing tips to attach the extensions. 40-08 step1&2 Mounted the nav light brackets.
