Bent filler box parts and drilled rivet holes. Mounted and drilled windshield strap to upper firewall. Bent lower firewall flanges. Trying to drill pilot holes in stainless steel with a #40 drill bit was a nightmare. I broke 3 bits and it took a very very long time to drill each hole, even with slow speed, lubricant, and high pressure on the bit. Finally I had the bright idea of just drilling to #30 right away. The #30 bit went right through almost as easily as aluminum.
