After a few weeks of not updating my log, I will put everything in this one entry to make up for it. The cowling installation is mostly done. I riveted all the hinges today, and I just have to install the fuel door to finish up the left half. I have some longer southco studs on order, as I need the extra length to keep the rear edge of the cowling matched up with the curvature of the windshield.Anyway, once I get the cowling installation complete, all I'll have left for construction tasks is to bolt on the propeller and fix my ignition problem. After that, I can get my fuel guage calibrated and start my engine tests.
