Most of this time was spent fiddling with measurements and figuring out the best way to go about drilling the titanium gear legs. I also did some test fitting of the wheel hardware. I found out the tire tubes I received from Wick's have the valve stem in the wrong place such that it won't fit through the valve stem hole in the wheel. I ordered new tubes from Jack's Small Engine as others have done.I managed to break the carbide bit I purchased just for drilling titanium. I then went on to dull the other two 1/4 inch HSS drill bits that I had trying to finish the hole I had started. I will buy new bits tomorrow.
