I ran the engine for the first time today. It fired up within two blades on the first attempt, so I was very happy about that. I obviously have some adjustments to make to the idle and mixture setting. It also appears that my mags have a wiring problem, because only the electronic ignition is firing. If I unplug the mag switch wires from the P-leads, the mags are fine. I also have a small oil leak at the base of the oil pump (The picture for this entry shows the location, but don't look for any oil in the picture because I already cleaned it out).
