Cleaned up F09 parts for final installation. I also took the opportunity to fabricate and install the ruddervator pushrod cover from F08. It seemed that it would be easier to do this while I had the aft lower cabin structure out of the aircraft. I riveted the various parts together before installing in the fuselage, and then riveted and bolted the assembly in the aircraft.
