Started construction of side panels. Cut rudder cable holes in side panels. Pilot drilled and clecoed longerons. As I was pilot drilling and clecoing the vertical channels, I noticed that the rudder cable holes in channels 2 and 3 were in the wrong place (picture 2). I measured their location from the wrong edge, and so I will have to remake those parts for both sides. :( I will call Sonex tomorrow and order some more Z03-04 channel stock to remake those parts. I should also check to see if I can find out the shape and location of the ruddervator push rod holes in the side panels.
