made some 'hole center finders' out of 1/4" dowels and then drilled them through the center on the drill press with a #60 bit. Fit these in the ends of the flap hinge points and stretched a string tight- did wings and flaps seperately. found new hole centers on both flaps and wing. Wing seemed to be off more than flap for both L and R, but flap holes not exactly centered either. Verified dowel setup by swapping and rotating dowels for each assembly and re-measuring, results were always the same. Now need to source new #5 bushings for wings and order some hardware. Flap hing points should be re-drillable to #5 size without any other modification. Also need to verify sufficient edge clearance for new wing bushings.
