I cut away the fabric from the pulley openings on the bottom of wings. I installed the pulleys and made fiberglass fairings to cover the aileron cables on the top of the wings and the flap and aileron pulleys/cables on the bottom of the wings. The fairings for the top were easy to make. The fairings for the bottom of the wings were very odd shapped and took a lot more work It took me five tries to get the mold just the right shape. I wanted it as small as possible without touching the pully. I also made a template for a plexiglass cover for the aileron/flap pully openings on the bottom of tgeh wing in case the fairings don't work out. I’ll trim, paint and install the fairings later.
