I’ve been working on the fiberglass wing tips as I find time. I previously installed the wing tip light mounts. I completed that installation by smoothing out the transition between the mount and the rest of the wing tip. I used a combination of fiberglass resin and body filler then sanded it out. I also filled in the imperfections on the rest of the wing tip surface with body filler. I drilled and temporarily mounted the strobe/nav lights. I’ll mount the lights permanently after painting the wing tips.
