I started cutting slots for the hinge brackets in the wing trailing edge. The build manual suggests chain drilling and filing out the slots. I used a Dremel Multi-max tool and it worked well. I'm using a flush cut metal blade. It goes through the aluminum (it's only .032) like poop through a goose. The blade sits flush against the wooden rib web and does no damage but the slot comes out even with the web as required. It still takes a long time. I got six pairs of slots done today. Six more to go.
