Brief Description: Trailing Edge & Gap Filler Ribs
Over the last several days I trimmed the rib cap strips then trimmed and fitted the trailing edge stock. After filing the end of each rib cap to the proper radius to fit the trailing edge material I drilled the trailing edge stock and then the rib cap strips. I countersunk and de-burred all the holes in the aluminum and abraded all the areas to be joined with adhesive. I then installed the trailing edge with adhesive and flush rivets. During this process I fitted fuel tank gap filler ribs and installed them with adhesive and rivets.
