I cut the windshield from the polycarbonate material supplied with the kit. I used the fabric template for the rough cut. I fitted the material around the front wing spar pin using a template from the Build Manual. I trimmed all sides, drilled clecoed the windshield to the rear windshield bracket. I drilled and clecoed the windshield to the butt ribs. The windshield fits nicely against the boot cowl.
