I installed the trim tab to the elevator with the ¾”piano hinge. I did not rivet the hinge in place, this will be done after the surfaces are covered and painted. I also installed the flap handle assembly. After fitting and drilling I removed the assembly to de-bur all edges of the flap handle plates. As with all the other parts, I reassembled everything with non -locking nuts. Most of these parts will have to be removed later for painting. I’ll use the appropriate hardware during final assembly.
