I spent the last couple of days finalizing and marking the locations of the firewall penetrations. I went and looked at a SuperStol to get a better idea on the correct location of the top boot cowl. Today I removed the engine and firewall. I cut the opening for the main data cable. I drilled holes and mounted the coolant reservoir and main fuse holder. I trimmed the top of the firewall to mate up with the top boot cowl. Tomorrow I’ll drill holes for the cabin heater hoses.
