Well, after much procrastination I finally drilled out the left and right tank reinforcement plates and matching support bracket. I decided to do so while mounted in the tank versus on a workbench. That way I was sure that things were lined up correctly.
In addition I torquesd down the Z-Brackets. I had to loosen them all up when checking the fit of the baffle plate to make the rivet holes line up again. I should have known that allignment would shift once I removed the brackets. Vanity and primer is going to add another year to this kit.
In any case, both baffle plates are aligned perfectly and the Support Brackets and Reinforcement Plates are drilled. Ready for the next step.
