Brief Description: Right Wing Aileron - Cleco ribs and spar in place
Rounded up some of the parts and decided to Cleco in place to ensure my aileron bend was sat. Had I read the instructions closer I might have noticed that the end-ribs are not symetrical. Of course I tried to install them backward at first and it didn't work very well.
Once I swapped sides everything fell in place. The spar is also a one-way fit as well as there are two angles for the spar flanges. The drawings help you determine top and bottom.
In the end everything looked great so decided to let it sit overnight while I look for the remaining pieces needed for the forward edge. I also must buy a 1/2" galvanized water pipe for the counter-balance. More to follow soon.
