Using my homemade brake I bent the right wing aileron to shape. It took some effort and I might have been better off with a small brake that uses just the edge of a 2x6 instead of the long side. I finally got it to about the width of the spar. I didn't concern myself with the prescribed bend radius as in the past that has worked itself out on its own.
