Brief Description: H.S. Cleanup

Spent some time this evening cleaning up loose ends on the Horizontal Stabalizer. Using a MK319-BS rivet I secured the last rivet hole on the leading edge. Also started to fasten the nuts to the Elevator attach points. What a pain.
