Brief Description:  Elevator Trim Tab (cont'd)

Good night at the hangar, as usual. Started off by forming the end-piece for the other end of the Trim Tab. I had done this a couple weeks ago, but since then I've decided to trim it up on the inside to avoid overlaying the Trim Tab Spar. A few minutes on the Scotch-Brite Wheel and we're good to go!

Drilled and Cleco'd the End-Rib in place. Still must research if I should dimple and Blind Rivet or what.

Next I started installation of the Trim Tab attach point. You can see that in Image 3 below. I'm glad that I did this before dimpling for the end-rib. Looks like I'll have to rethink my rivet layout because E-717 and E-718 overlay a few holes that I drilled earlier tonight. Oh well. No harm done...will just drill new ones.

Had fun tonight doing this and listening to talk radio on Sirius.
