Great night. Much to my surprise, both Katie and Jeremy stopped by to help. Most of the evening was spent on cutting and trimming the Elevator stiffeners. Jeremy marked the lines, Katie did the cutting, and I put the finishing touches on the Rudder. Good teamwork if I don't say so myself!
After cutting, Jeremy started smoothing the edges using the belt sander. I'll finish up on the Scotch-Brite wheel tomorrow and Thursday, so we should be ready to paint by next week sometime.

BTW, at the end of the night Katie arranged her scraps in a star-pattern. Her consistency is totally amazing!!! See picture #1. I've never seen anyone whose scraps are perfectly symetrical like that. Still can't get over it.
