Finally finished rolling the leading edge of the Rudder!
Ended up cutting off a small piece of 3/4" iron pipe, smoothing the edges, and using that to roll the last section of the rudder. Worked out quite well. I drilled four holes in the end of the pipe and used a round file inserted into those holes for leverage when rolling. Worked like a champ. Riveting took a few tries as I was experimenting with the new pneumatice riveter that Mike (next hangar over) gave me. Works very well!
I did have to drill out two of the rivets, but that turned out to be very easy. I've heard horror stories about drilling out pulled rivets, but them must be referring to a different type. These were extremely easy.
Finished things up by reinstalling the rod-end bearings to the proper dimension, and tightening up the lock-nut using a 9/16" wrench.
