Brief Description: Prepped Parts for Paint & Hung Dartboard
Didn't finish much this afternoon, but still managed to make some progress.
Went to the hangar primarily to demo short and soft field takeoffs to Jeremy, but things came up and he couldn't make it. Instead I ended up finishing all my homework sitting at the workbench instead of working on the kit. Boy, is that screwed up or what? Normally it's the other way around. In any case, I'm done with the school stuff so can dedicate Monday evening to the RV. Looking forward to it.
As for what I did accomplish: - Prepped the ribs and spars for the Vertical Stabalizer. They're in the booth ready to paint tomorrow. - Spent about two hours hanging the dartboard on the side of the paint booth. It used to be mounted on the front of a trailer that was in my hangar, but I had to clear that away to make room for the wing kit and fuselage (at some point). So not the best implementation since the backboard was designed for the front of the trailer, but it will do in a pinch. And maybe this is a good luck sign or something, but the first dart I threw was a bull. Usually it takes me a good ten minutes of throwing before I hit the middle. Go figure.
