Brief Description: Oil Cooler and Engine Baffles - Part 10.
The mounting flanges on the oil cooler are very soft and I have seen a few forum posts reporting cracking in this area. Part of the problem I think has to do with the fact the aluminum tubes that surround the AN3 mounting bolts impart stress unevenly to the flanges. So to hopefully resolve this I fabricated aluminum doublers that fit between the tubing and the flanges.
