I cleaned up the air intake flange after the Epoxy had cured and smoothed the blind rivet heads flat. When I installed the door I realized it didn't engage far enough into the locking tab so I fabricated a doubler which allowed me to drill a new hole for the pivot screw which resolved this problem.
