Brief Description: Sealed and riveted outer and inner tank ribs.
I safety wired the flop tube AN fitting to comply with the service bulletin from Van's. I sealed the fitting to the inboard rib and then sealed and torqued the AN nut in place (120 inch/pounds). Then I got to work on 'wet setting' all the rivets for both the most inboard and outboard tank ribs. I used my pneumatic squeezer for this task. Next up is to seal the shop head on the T-405 and run a bead along the outer seams of the ribs I did today.
