I fabricated a couple of temporary doublers to go under the washers on the bolts that secure the outboard brackets to the wing fixture. I made a wood spacer for both outboard brackets to allow some space between the wing skin that overhangs the end and the fixtures upright support posts. I used a couple of C Clamps to hold the root end in place as per the plan drawing. I plan on leaving the bottom brackets unclamped until I get the skins in place.
