I spent 5.5 hours on my own riveting the aft spar to the ribs of the left wing. Study the plans carefully; there are several holes that are left open until later on. (I marked those ones with a red X). Then I rolled the vinyl off the insides of both of the leading edge skins. When Sean showed up we riveted the main ribs to the main spar of the right hand wing and set it aside. Then he helped me get the nose ribs clecoed into the leading edge skins. We installed two cleco’s into the front on one side in the middle of the leading edge skin then moved left and right placing only the two most front cleco’s. We flipped the whole component and repeated the process on the other side. Then we set the unit into the cradle and set a cleco into every other hole. You definitely need a buddy for this step and my pneumatic cleco installer helped a great deal.
