Brief Description: Match drilled and deburred ribs to spars.
I match drilled all the holes between the nose and main ribs to the fore and aft wing spars. I used my 90 degree angle drill attachment from Avery to get to the outboard half. I think it cost about $150 but it's worth the money. I took everything apart and deburred the lot. I used a 12” extension on my 'el cheapo' cordless screwdriver to debur the in side holes of all the ribs. Next up is to Cleco things back together and decide where I will run my wiring conduit.
