Sean and I clamped the brackets and spacers in position and used a 3/16" drill bit to match drill everything using the bolt holes in the spars as guides. Once the inner holes were drilled, we used non-aviation grade nuts and bolts to hold everything in place then drilled the upper and lower holes. Disassembled all and deburred. Next up is to drill holes for the nutplates.
