I got going on the wing tips. I started by trimming the open end flanges so they are even and smooth. Then I removed a portion at the trailing edge (with a cutting disc on a die grinder) to allow for the aileron mounting bracket. I also cut out a foam core rib to keep the tip in its proper shape.
