Same deal as the right hand flap. Only this one required me to move the hinge about 1mm aft to get the trailing edges of the aileron and flap to align. This still gave me minimum acceptable edge distance on the hinge rivets. Next up is to countersink the rivet attach holes. I'm going to simply machine countersink the wing skin and flap brace instead of dimpling the skin and countersinking the flap brace.
