After a 6 week break (I work overseas) I was back at it the second day home. This is my second attempt at the Elevator trim tab. The first one really didn't turn out that bad, but I ended up putting a slight over squeeze alond the middle at the trailing edge with my edge forming tool and I didn't like my outboard tab bending result.
I started by reviewing the notes I made of the things I wanted to improve on and began with the removal of the vinyl along the perimeter of the new Trim Tab skin.
Then I modified the bending brake I built and used earlier to bend the Rudder and Elevator trailing edges. Bending the trim tab only took a few minutes.
