Brief Description: Drilled holes in Elevator control horns.
I drilled through the bolt holes in the HS hinge brackets to remove the powder coat and then primed the inside edges of the holes. Then Sean and I used the drill bushing I fabricated the other day to drill the holes in the base of the Elevator control horns. We didn't have any problems with this process. We started with a 1/8" pilot hole, then removed the Elevator and used a Unibit to drill to final size (1/4").
