Brief Description: Counter sunk VS doubler, primed skeleton
I countersunk all the required holes at the bottom of the VS doubler. Then removed the vinyl from the rivet lines on the exterior of the VS skin. I deburred the skin holes very slightly with nothing more than light pressure from a drill bit twisted in my fingers. I was careful not to remove any material other than the slight burrs left from factory punching.Next is priming VS internal parts.
