Brief Description: Rudder counterweight and end cap.
I realized I had neglected to install the lead counterweight in the rudder end cap back in 2007 when I built the rudder. Oh well, I've done worse. I drilled out the blind rivets and removed the cap then bolted the counterweight in place. I reinstalled the cap and squeezed new blind rivets to complete. I will fill in the small gap where the cap meets the rudder with some micro balloons and epoxy tomorrow.
