I strung the rudder cables through the fuselage bulkheads and connected them to the rudder control horn and the pedal assembly. I installed the eye bolts completing the loop at the firewall and adjusted the position of the 960-416 washers to leave the rudder pedals in a vertical (neutral) position. I deflected the pedals to full travel and found the everything moved smoothly and without binding.
