Brief Description: Empennage attach - Part 4.

I prepared and primed the F-884 attach plate and F-885 spacer. Then I reinstalled them and set the 4 lower rivets joining them to the VS-702 front spar. The remaining 7 I will set when I remove the VS assembly and have better access.
