I back drilled the aft seat attachment hinge and deburred a lot of holes in the floor and aft baggage compartment and their associated stiffeners. I did not complete the installation of the F-445 flap blocks because even though I drilled them in accordance to the plans the forward bolt hole would end up a bit close to the edge of the F-815C angles. I ordered a new set of F-445 flap blocks and will move the forward bolt holes 3.5 mm outboard on the left hand block and 2.5 mm outboard on the right hand block. This will center the bolt holes on the angles. See the orange dot in Image 1 which represents the location of the forward bolt hole if I followed the plan dimensions exactly.
